Israel Gutiérrez

Israel Gutiérrez es Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas de la Universidad Católica del Norte, Sede Coquimbo, Chile; y, además, obtuvo el grado de abogado de la Excelentísima Corte Suprema de Justicia de Chile (2009). Es profesor de Derecho Civil en la Universidad Católica del Norte, Sede Coquimbo, y en la Universidad Central de Chile, Sede La Serena. Obtuvo el grado de Magíster en Derecho, con mención en Derecho de la Empresa (2014), en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Chile). Actualmente, se dedica, además, al ejercicio de la profesión de abogado con énfasis en el ámbito de la responsabilidad civil.

Israel Gutiérrez is Professor of Civil Law at the Universidad Católica del Norte, Coquimbo. He graduated in Legal Sciences from Universidad Católica del Norte, Campus Coquimbo, Chile, and received his lawyer title from the Supreme Court of Justice of Chile, 2009. He obtained his master’s degree in Law, with a major in Enterpraise Law (2014), at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Chile. Currently, he works as a lawyer with emphasis in the field of civil liability.
